Garage door completely off track and hanging in the opening. Simonson Garage Doors was able to get everything safely back in place, properly aligned and operational.
Commercial spring & cable repair - Replaced broken 6” commercial torsion spring and custom-cut new lift cables on-site. Balance and tested the door to restore safe, reliable operation.
Replaced bottom seal and the frayed garage door cable, cleaned around photo-eyes, replaced rollers and lubricated all moving components for smoother operation.
Out with the old, in with the new. Installed a new LiftMaster opener and replaced old rollers for smoother, quieter operation.
Liftmaster with ultra quite operation, myQ smartphone control and integrated camera for added security and peace of mind.
Enclosed trailer with a broken cable issue. Replaced the damaged cables, installed new drums due to excessive wear, custom cut cables on-site for the perfect fit, and carefully balance the door to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
Garage door cable and hardware repair - Reinstalled and adjusted the cable system on a 16’ x 7’ garage door, corrected the door alignment, replaced both top brackets, and upgraded the door with new nylon rollers. Completed a full safety and operational inspection to ensure smooth, quiet, and properly balanced operation.
Emergency off-track garage door repair. Responded to a late-night emergency service call for a garage door that had came off track. The door was safely secured, reset, and returned to proper operation.
Installed (2) Liftmaster 6580 8’ foot belt-drive openers on this beautiful new construction home. Also took the extra time to run all wiring through the attic and walls, keeping everything hidden for a clean, professional finished look.
Garage door insulation upgrade - Installed a full insulation kit on a 16’ x 7’ garage door to help regulate garage temperatures, reduce outside noise, and improve overall comfort and energy efficiency.
Commercial garage door maintenance & cable replacement - Completed preventative maintenance on a 30‘ 2“ x 16‘ commercial overhead door, including replacement of frayed lift cables to restore safe, reliable operation and help prevent unexpected downtime.
Replaced an aging commercial jackshaft operator with a new Liftmaster MAXUM hoist operator, completed preventative maintenance on an 18‘ x 14‘ overhead door, and installed protective conduit to prevent future damage to the photo-eye wiring.
Replaced damaged door sections, installed new weather seal and nylon rollers, completed service and adjustments, and upgraded a manual garage door with a Liftmaster jackshaft opener for convenient powered operation.
